Just an update, I copied over a cleaner copy of the First Edition scan.
The earlier one is now suffixed "_OCR" as it comes from archive.org's
OCR derivation process. I'm not sure if there is a way to make quality
hints to the derive but it mangled the quality. The new copy should
be much more readable. This is all in the README now.
