I had the NH VAXVMS vanity plate.  Both of us drove Datsuns.  Bill's was a
snazzy red Datsun 280z sports car.  My car was an old, rust bucket Datsun
B210.  Armando jokingly threatened to have Bill park next to my car so he
could take a picture of the UNIX vanity plate (on a fancy sports car) next
to the VAXVMS vanity plate (on a beat-up economy car).

John "Maddog" Hall indeed has the NH UNIX vanity plate these days.  When
DEC's Alpha processor came out I got my vanity plate changed from VAXMS to
Alpha+.
