[TUHS] Another Unix Archive addition: KSOS

Hi Andrew and all,

I just wanted to point out that *most* of those licences are published 
here:
https://code.open.canada.ca/en/open-source-softwares.html

Under "licence".

A few of us have been trying to get the PostgreSQL licence added.
