[TUHS] Looking for a copy of Dennis's original standard I/O library paper from 1977

Yes, it is!!  Thank you.  And now I see we have a number of copies
scattered in the archives.   It's in the s4 directory of the PWB1.0
sources, on the BBN tcp tape, and in 2.9, 2.11, and 4.3BSD as part of the
ctour directories, and I just found another copy in the uu.net archives.
