ISTR my reading of the UNIX-7 kernel support for Graphics-II was as a
glass TTY:  When you got to the bottom of the screen you had to push a
button to clear the screen and start over!

I wrote a G2TTY emulation for SimH that allows a second user to TELNET
in (the emulation pushed the button for you as needed!)
