Steve Zimmerman also put a Tenex style control-T into the Masscomp
terminal driver in 1985 if I remember the date correctly. He also had some
other useful ideas/features that I believe were from ITS and maybe MIT’s
SUPDUP. But it was nice. I’ve forgotten the details, but he had the whole
thing set it up so when running on the console, it was hooked into kdb,
too.
