How many workstations on a 4/330

Our default workstation is going to be an SS1+ with 16M of memory and a
local disk (100M) for swap (aka a dataless configuration). They're going
to be used for Lisp and general-purpose use. How many workstations could a
4/330 serve? 10?  15? 20?
