Sun Fortran update - What's been updated?

I just received a Sun Fortran update tape containing version 1.3.1.
Unfortunately, no release notes were sent along with it.

Anybody out there have details about what's been updated and if there are
any incompatibilities with the older version? I don't want to install this
blindly.
