What is my Ethernet address?

This is a program to find out the ethernet adress as stored in the kernel.
we regulary use this program on all types of Sun machines (3/...,nearly
all; 4/..., nearly all, Roadrunners) running 4.0.3 and 4.1. It will
return the ethernet adress of the current machine on stdout. When the
machine is running DNI, it will return the ethernet aress as set by DNI.
take the program as it is or use it as a primer! (The getif program
mentioned in the Makefile is not included! It returns the hostname of the
host unlike the 'hostname' command. 'getif' gets the ethernet adress, then
internet adress and then the hostname out of the YP).

(any bug reports to me per e-mail, please!!!)
