Xconfig for NEC 4D

Thanks to the person who pointed out the correct way to use Thomas Roell's
clock.exe to me.  Here's a corrected versin of the parameters I posted
yesterday.  The only change is the following line: 

     # Orchid ProDesigner II/1024
     ET4000   1024   1152 900   25 28 40 36 45 0 0 62 "1024x768" # Orchid Prodesigner II

On my ProDesigner II adapter, the number on the "45" crystal is 44MHz; the
number on the "62" one is a true 62MHz.  

The values below (for X386 1.1) are for a 60-Hz noninterlaced 1024x768 on
the NEC 4D using a 62-MHz crystal;  To use an adapter other than the
ProDesigner II, you need to supply the corresponding values for it like
the one listed above (they must contain the number 62).
