[TUHS] UUCP: working systems, come and get them

I'd like to join this network, but I don't know how to configure a UUCP
site.  I'm using Taylor UUCP 1.07.  I can probably figure things out
eventually but if someone has any hints, that would be helpful.

I'm looking to use TCP and protocol T, but I don't know if that's
appropriate.
