[TUHS] Found and Purchased Unix 4.1 3B20S Manual

Okay, I've done a quick and dirty conversion to PDF and put it on line.  My
public Google Drive folder is <https://tinyurl.com/johnwcowan-public>, and
the file is oap-ef.pdf (all four pages).
