Hello Alexis,

Yes, my mistake, sorry.

On every other forum I am on, use of typewriter style monospace text to represent code snippets is, it seems, de rigueur. It becomes so ingrained that I forgot I was posting on TUHS.

For anyone who got a garbled mess, it was supposed to read as follows:

 *	File:	fsx.c
 *	Author:	Avadis Tevanian, Jr.
 *
 *	File system exerciser.
 *
 *	Rewritten 8/98 by Conrad Minshall.
 *
 *	Small changes to work under Linux -- davej.

Best wishes,

Cameron

i'd like to discourage this sort of use of mathematical symbols
from Unicode (the capital 'A' in the snipped text was
MATHEMATICAL MONOSPACE CAPITAL A) as a way of producing 'fancy
font' output in plain text. This post provides a good overview of
why it's problematic:

i don't use a screenreader myself, but i know devs who do.

Alexis.
