[TUHS] Old Unix tapes from University of Nottingham

I agree with Matt WRT to the two V8 tapes. Turning them into *TAP format
would be useful. Much of the other is likely repeats of things already in
one archive or another and given most are QIC format, unless we identify
something we don't already have, I suspect it too much trouble to try to
read them. I'll review the Sun tapes. Other than possibly the two front
tapes and SUNSRC 3.2, I believe we already have much of what is there.
