There's a tape of the BSD/386 alpha release from December 1991
that appears significant as the earlist known state of development
right after Jolitz formally left:

BSD/386 Alpha 0.2.1 Eur 1
1 / (root 2 /usr 3 /usr/src bs=126b
TRH 29 Dec 91 (c) 1991 BSD

I'm guessing this is a binary only release, but it is still interesting
because all other known releases were after 386BSD 0.0 in March
and BSD/386 0.3 in April 1992.

Regards,

Dan
