[TUHS] TUHS: Maintenance, Succession and Funding

Well, it didn't take long to hit the target, and I left it open until
we reached twice the amount that we need for a year: that will give us
some buffer in case the costs rise and/or we want to increase the size
of the VM disk space etc.

A few people have e-mailed saying that they missed out contributing to
the cause: I will try to make some arrangements for them.

A few people dug very deeply into their pockets with their donations,
and I wasn't expecting that. Thank you all so very much for the
contributions that you all made, regardless of the amount.

Finally, I just want to say that I didn't desperately need the funds to
keep TUHS going; I am able to keep paying myself if I had to. But I
wanted to signal to you all (and myself, actually) that TUHS isn't just
_my_ thing, it is really _your_ thing and you all need the opportunity to
keep it going and improve it.

Thanks again! I'm not going anywhere, but I'm no longer the benevolent
"dictator". Now I'm one of the people, along with you, who are helping to
keep TUHS going.
