[TUHS] Further Documentation of USG History

I've finally gotten around to working up a bunch of wiki content on the
recent USG findings between various documents and systems.  I'm by no
means done, but wanted to get some feedback on any of the areas that
might need more information.

I intend at the very least to go through the Program Generic pages again
soon based on findings from meticulous diffing of the Issue 2 and 3
manuals as well as the Issue 1 and Issue 2 file schedules available in
the USG Library documents.  This should allow me to produce a reasonable
changelog between the three releases.  Along with some Release 2.0 (1974)
information, it may even be possible to better document the pre-PG stuff
that USG was doing in late 73/early 74.  The Utah V4 is proving quite
helpful as well as that seems to be right around the time the initial
USG snapshot was taken at the inception of their branch.
