I do want to ask if anyone might know. The only bits referenced in the schedule of files for Program Generic 1 I can't seem to find in any preserved UNIX are ov(VI), which provided a column overlay facility for typesetting in V2-V4 and PG1, and fltime(III), a floating point time-of-day facility which I can only find mentioned in the PG1 file schedule. Both are gone as of PG2 and its V6 rebase, and neither appear in the various sources available. Is anyone familiar with either of these, and better, in the know of preserved specimens? These are the only two files in the PG1 schedule I can't find in some form somewhere. I can't claim a full reconstruction but having a complete substrate will be helpful in Program Generic analysis. Thankfully since both are isolated to PG1, little is missing in the big picture.
