[TUHS] porting to different systems, Bootstrapping UNIX - how was it done

Different cabinetry as well.   The DEC10 has a classic tall 19” rack 
arrangement lime the PDP-11 and many other contemporary machines.
The DEC-20 has shorter cabinetry sort of like a VAX 780 only orange.
