[TUHS] Panic! - Unix System Crash Dump Analysis companion CD-ROM

Hi,
Would anyone happen to have a copy of the companion CD-ROM which came 
with the book Panic! - Unix System Crash Dump Analysis on Prentice Hall 
(ISBN 0-13-149386-8).
There's a copy already up on archive.org[1] but the source CD had some 
unreadable sectors which just happen to be where some of the files were 
located on their disk, resulting in a useless iso.

Any chance someone could upload a fresh working copy or make one available?
