Hi Ches!  I'd happily scan anything you might have in this regard.  One
question though, Doug mentioned that only Volume 1 of the Eighth and
Ninth Editions were published.  Are you referring to having Volume 1 of
each or do you happen to have some long-lost Volume 2 of either?

Whichever is the case, yes, happy to discuss what that looks like and
cover the shipping and handling.
